If star wars came out in the 50's instead of the 70's...
I love this kind of intro sequence-it reminds me of Rocky and Bullwinkle. Youtube definitely never fails to entertain, that's for sure.

i can't say for certain without looking more into that song, but this really sounds like a buddy tune to me. what makes me say that is the style of horns im used to hearing from him, plus the strong beats from the set playing. i wouldn't know who else it would be besides him actually. chad

The song is "Machine" by the Buddy Rich Band off the album Big Swing Face (1967).
I found that out after thinking it sounded like something I had heard before.
